Shipping Delay

We don’t want to delay anything, but we are caught up! But sometimes order volume is very high. We’ve made countless improvements in our processes and systems and we expect to be able to stay caught up unless there is another huge demand surge.

What you need to know

We have plenty of inventory, overall.
Most orders should go out within 3-7 business days.
Some orders need up to 2 weeks for production.
Some orders may be delayed due to customs, epidemics, weather or flight delays, we will closely following!
