Frequently Asked Questions

We can now ship to the United State, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and some countries that you can see in the country section when making payment. If you are in other country, please contact us before ordering.

Normally we need about 3-7 business days to process an order, some custom order may take up to 2 weeks or more.

Shipping time takes about 8 – 20 days on average, depending on your location.

Sometimes shipping may be slightly delayed due to weather, epidemics, flight delays or customs control. We will closely follow your order, please rest assured and sympathy!

If you have any questions or problems, please contact us and we will be happy to help!

For change of shipping address or cancelling after your order has been placed, please let us know ASAP so we can make the change.

We cannot guarantee that the address will be updated in time or cancelled before your item is shipped because orders are sent to our fulfillment team in a few hours and we cannot stop shipment at that point.

So, please give us the information as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

We will send you the tracking code via your email as soon as it is provided by the shipping company.

You also can track your order by enter order ID and the email address you used to place the order here after it is updated.

Some tracking codes will show up slowly after a few days, please be patient.

 

We will also send a backup link for your convenience in case it does not work on our website.
