ORDER STATUS &TRACKING

As soon as you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email. If you do not respond, we will assume the order is confirmed and proceed with shipping by default.

After an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code from the shipping company. You can track your order on our website here: track your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We usually ship your packages with USPS (for U.S. addresses) and Singpost (for non-U.S. countries). It typically takes one or two weeks to process before shipping.

Shipping operations include invoicing and buyer payment.

Please do not provide us with addresses for PO Boxes, military areas, restricted zones, army postal services, and Jurong Island. All airports worldwide refuse shipments to these areas.

If an item is lost or damaged during transit, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. In many cases, this means sending a new product to the buyer at no additional cost.

Total delivery time= Processing time + Shipping time

Shipping time:
8 – 20 business days for international shipping. Shipping times will vary based on destination, extreme weather, disease or customs control and other variables. We will follow up and update you with information.

Shipping time for missing orders/change in shipping address?
15 – 30 business days for international shipping

SHIPPING COST & TAX

Shipping price depends on your address, size, weight and quantity of products you order. Shipping fees and taxes will appear in the checkout page when you place your order and enter your shipping information!

If we do not collect taxes, you will need to calculate all import taxes, duties, and customs fees (if any) according to your country’s regulations to clear customs.
